International Key Account Manager

You now have the opportunity to work at ContextVision, a world leading software company within medical imaging.

We provide the gold standard of image quality for multiple imaging modalities including Ultrasound, X-ray and MRI,  improving diagnostic confidence for doctors and medical professionals. Algorithm development is at the  core of what we do and bringing technology to application is our expertise. Our products are built on a mix of modern artificial intelligence (AI) and traditional algorithm development technology. 

ContextVision develops and provides state-of-the-art image processing software to manufacturers of medical imaging systems (OEM businesses) and our products are used by the most renowned companies worldwide. We are also a pioneer within AI-supported digital pathology.  

The ideal candidate for this position is a true team player with the knowledge and skills to drive highly advanced technology sales globally. You will act as the “commercial project manager” and must have experience with long sales cycles and the ability to work with a team of engineers to drive customer projects  with the end goal of creating long-term business.  

This position will offer you the opportunity to work with international sales promoting state-of-the-art technology to renowned medical imaging companies. You will develop business and long-term relations in a multicultural and dynamic environment, representing a Swedish market-leading company in the international arena. 

The role

You are responsible for the whole customer journey including initial interactions, product introductions and evaluations, setting scopes of business, negotiations and contract closure, and professional support over time. You will work in close collaboration with our application engineers and, in many instances, with our R&D team. 

The target territory is Europe and Asia and includes sales through various channels in different countries, mainly direct sales together with local support. Frequent international travel is also an important part of the role; you must be willing to travel up to 60 days/year.  

The position is based in our Stockholm or Linköping office.

Qualifications

Proven track record and a minimum of 5 years of successful technical, industrial sales

Minimum 3 years of experience with international sales and business development

Proven ability to lead and drive complex sales processes with long cycles

Strong communications skills in Swedish and English (verbal and written)

University degree, minimum bachelor (engineering, marketing, business management or similar is a merit)
